Commission for the Applicants' Documents Evaluation

Commission for the Applicants' Documents Evaluation was established on January 18th, 2011 by the decision No. 9 of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates. The Commission's role is to provide a thorough evaluation of the documents submitted by persons applying for the advocate examination before the list of these persons is published for comments in accordance with Article 40 and 41 of the Advocacy Law of the Republic of Latvia, and evaluation of the documents submitted by applicants for the position of assistant of sworn advocate and their potential patrons before applicants are admitted to the admittance examination of an assistant of a sworn advocate.

The members of the Commission for the Applicants' Documents Evaluation are determined and approved for 3 years by the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates.
